Every event is centered around spending $300-$400, as soon as Valorant came out for Xbox (produced by Riot games) my immediate thought was how much better a studio Riot is then Apex. Like you said in the video, Respawn and specifically EA do not care about it's players, and similar issues are seen in other EA games such as EAFC and Madden. I just want to put my time into a game where the developers actually care that I am playing it.

My reasons: >predatory monetisation >lack of fresh content >only way to be good at the game is learning movement techs that take hours for me to master >any update is literally a store event or a collection event >gave up on hope of getting an heirloom >mixtape (which I usually play) barely rewards you >unrewarding battlepass that is hard to grind >challenges force you to change your play style by picking certain weapons or legends >annoying cringe characters (vantage, Valkyrie, conduit just to name a few) >the legend you pick barely matters >just genuinely boring to the point where I have to force to myself to play a game

I can agree with it being boring, they need to add respawn tokens because matches simply feel dry after the initial drop. Realistically theirs nothing to SERIOUSLY grind for except kills, wins, and gun levels. That’s probably the best aspect about COD talk shit all you want but they have so many things to grind for in their game that it seems overwhelming at times but it keeps the game interesting and fresh. Camos are the least of in game content they add, attachments, kill streaks, conversion kits to weapons! Apex struggles to give us skins for character and weapons, the amount of times they just recolor old skins from past events is pretty hysterical and out right depressing. They could simply vault weapons, lethals, tacticals, if it meant we received new weapons and items to shake up the loot pool. It just seems like we’re in this constant loop where 1 weapon is dominating and pairing them up with a broken character and it’ll stay that way for the season or two until enough complaints are in and they nerf instead of adding things that could revival or counter. Sorry for the rant

I LOVE QUADS SO FUCKING MUCH IS SOOOOOOOOO FUN!!! Literally the best thing to ever happen to apex besides arenas. So much more fun than solos, I just won 2 games in a row and I AM FEELING ALIVE!!! Also it’s it just me or does the match making feel a lot better rn? I swear in each game there is a much better mix of good and bad players.
